The Actors Space, Barcelona
The Actors Space is an international centre of Film and Theatre located in a place of outstanding natural beauty, only one hour from Barcelona.

Whilst the Bookings for the Shakespearean Performance Workshop is taking place at the Actors Space all bookings for this workshop must be made through Green Room International.
How to get to The Actors Space
The Actors Space is located in the North East of Spain only one-hour north from the Catalan capital Barcelona, and one hour and a half from the coastal town of Girona. The nearest town, Vic, is four miles from the Actors Space.
Normally participants fly to Barcelona or Girona airport, then from there they take a train or a bus to Vic where arrangements are made to pick them up.
Travel timetables
There are regular train services that run to and from Barcelona – Vic, hourly, every day of the week, as well as buses that run to and from Girona – Vic.
If you are flying to Barcelona: you will have to get a train from Barcelona Airport to Barcelona Sants Station (the journey lasts 30m. approx. and trains run every half hour); from there take a train to Vic where we will come to pick you up.

If you are flying to Girona: You will have to take a bus from Girona Airport to Girona bus Station (they run regularly) then, from Girona bus Station take a bus to Vic where we will come to pick you up.

Arrival – Pick up time and place
The meet up point is at the front of Vic train station (which is located right next door to the bus station), near the taxi point, at 6.30 pm and 9.30 pm on the arrival day of each workshop.
If you get to Vic later than the pick up time you can get a taxi to The Actors Space, “Fontarnau”, near the Village of La Guixa (it will cost you around 12€).
Please let us know if you are intending to arrive by taxi and don’t need to be picked up at 6.30 pm or 9.30 pm.
Departure
Participants are expected to leave in the morning of the departure day of each workshop. We will take you to town.
